Your Face

Your face is a beautiful thing. It expresses all your emotions, showing everyone how you’re feeling. Whether you’re happy, sad, surprised, or content, your face tells it all.

As we age, our skin becomes thinner, has less elasticity, and can look dull and tired. You may look in the mirror and wonder when all those lines and wrinkles showed up. It can be a real confidence zapper.

But it doesn’t need to be. Always remember that you are beautiful just the way you are, but just as we exercise our bodies, we should also exercise our faces. Face yoga will help strengthen and tone muscles, reduce fine lines and wrinkles, while giving your skin a much more healthy and youthful glow.

My reflexology programs will further enhance your inner and outer beauty. My workouts are designed to improve upon your face yoga routine, helping you to relax, relieve stress and pain, and focus on feeling your very best.

My face yoga programs, inspired by Danielle Collins, world leading face yoga expert, focuses on five methods for the healthiest and most vibrant results.

Face exercise: Toning, strengthening, and sculpting the muscles in our head, face, and neck.

Face relaxation: Some muscles just need to learn how to relax.

Face massage: Boosts circulation and production of collagen.

Acupressure: Ancient Eastern traditions that help our qi (life force energy) flow more effectively.

Wellbeing: The inside of our bodies is just as important as the outside.
