This program is divided into two 10-minute sessions, the upper and lower face workouts, to be done six days a week. But as with all my programs, there are some bonus exercises, too. Each week, you’ll have access to bonus exercises from my facial reflexology, Tai hand massage, acupressure, and qua sha programs!
Qua sha tools are an excellent way to boost collagen, relieve pain, smooth skin, and improve circulation. If you don’t have these, you can use your knuckles.
The Tai Hand Stick is used for Tai Hand massage. A Sharpie pen or just your finger can be used instead.
