What Is a Blepharo Face Lift Massage?
You may have heard of blepharoplasty, a cosmetic procedure for the eyes that lifts the lids and reduces puffy, drooping eyes. This surgery costs, on average, more than $3,000, and can last between 5-10 years, depending on several factors including age, skin type, and lifestyle.
That’s a lot of money for a relatively short time, not to mention discomfort and doctor visits. But what if I told you there is another way to achieve much the same results that don’t cost you a dime and that you can do in the comfort of your own home?
You’re interested now, aren’t you?
Blepharo Face Lift Massage is a fairly new technique that you can perform on your own, saving you time and money. You can certainly pay a massage therapist to do it, but that will also require money and many trips to the office for sessions.
But you can also follow along with my videos and perform a Blepharo Face Lift Massage on youself. I won’t fib, some of these techniques are a little coordination-challenged on your own, but with practice, you’ll get the hang of it.
Benefits of Blepharo Face Lift Massage
Some benefits include:
Reducing puffiness under the eyes
Reducing crows feet — wrinkles at the corners of the eyes
Eliminate toxins
Tighten the skin
Smooth wrinkles
Boost circulation
One of the great things about this massage technique is that the benefits last a long time – as long as you keep up the massages.
The different movements are designed to lift and sculp the eye area, tighten, tone, and strengthen the muscles, and reduce wrinkles. These are not the same techniques you see in face yoga, and they are not exercises.
In fact, Blepharo Face Lift Massage should be done independently of face yoga exercises and massages. Blepharo can be done a couple of times a week, but I wouldn’t suggest doing it every day as the massages are pretty thorough.
Although results vary, you should see a difference the first time you perform a massage, and with repeated practice, you’ll see more and more.
