Bootcamp
This 8-week Bootcamp workout is intense! It is designed to get not only your face in shape so that it is sleeker, toner, and shines with a healthy, more youthful glow, but it also includes lymphatic drainage, massages, and so much more. Each week, we focus on a particular part of the face, concentrating on toning and tightening.
